Clearing Girl firend's cache

Is there a way to clear my GF's memory cache? Like remove everything I ever said or did from her memory buffer? I hear some drugs are good for that or a round house to the head.

Unfortunately they archive that stuff for use when you least expect it. Powerful magnets may help. Rohipnol can clear the RAM. You can't wipe the ROM without risking permanent damage to the system. She may have an external backup (diary) also. Easiest way out is to upgrade to a newer model.

The best you can do is to limit the amount of "red flag" events that can be stored in long term memory, or supplement those with a greater number of positive memories. I suggest the following:

Gifts outside of special events and holidays--Flowers, work, so do Chocolates, or you could try a gift card to her favorite store.

Figure out what she says you're not doing enough, and gradually do it more often.

When listening to her talk about her day, instead of ignoring everything, pick out one or two things and respond to them, with something like a "..and how did that make you feel?", or "what a b1tch! How could she do that to you?".

These three tips should help you in the immediate future, and with continued application, they will they might even improve your standard of living.

And dont look for approval when you give gifts outside of holidays. Just do them and shut the hell up like it was nothing.

you need to put her asleep at night
now when she reboot in the morning keep hitting F8 going into her bios disable her HDD and restart in safe mode

You have two options that will solve nearly all problems:

Control - Alt - Delete

or
