Working late tonight. For the IT folks in the clan, we're migrating some new code to our application tonight. I may be a little late but present for practice.

Not sure if I'll make it tonight or even next week. I'll may be a little late tonight. Need to run some errands. Next week I'll be visiting parents during Christmas break.

No one's coming tonight?

2nd week in a row I've been on for practice and noone was on organizing. Last week at least some people showed up late and we were able to play against the public, but not last night. Whats going on with this? Am I confused on the time/day?

I'm so confused - didn't see any of this.

I just think that the timing and day are just off for most people, even though majority voted for that day and time... Nobody is online by the time practice starts and it takes the next hour to do something other than regular matchmaking. Halo is Halo though, and 95% of the clan would rather play CoD than Halo and there really is no getting around that. I needed to go out and do some errands last night. I had originally decided to maybe save some errands for today and get home earlier to attend the rest of practice, but when I got on about 45 after practice should have started and nobody was on Halo I just decided to go finish the rest of my errands because I was a bit frustrated and I really didn't want to be doing those errands today. Had I known that nobody would be on to start things off, I probably would have put all my errands on hold to get things started until another leader got on. Oh well.

I would agree about the timing, it's become unusually difficult for me to attend at that time.
I don't think the Halo vs CoD thing is the case. To be fair it's holiday season and people are just busy between work and family. I'll throw up a new poll with some timing ideas and see if another time might work out better.

It seems odd that the time/day would be an issue considering the majority agreed w/ this time - as Xpert pointed out. Obviously RL things come up and we have to adjust accordingly but I didn't expect that no one would be online for Halo last night. When I logged on, I didn't notice anyone playing Halo; hence my post about anyone coming. I stayed on for a bit and ran a few matchmaking matches until I gave up hope.

There's no need to be confused Coolhand. The time/date is accurate. We will need to do a better job of coordinating Halo nights - regardless of the number of attendees.

I don't see how you can blame it on CoD, Xpert. Knightowl and I were both looking forward to Halo and only started playing CoD when it was apparent noone else was coming. We can support 2 shooters; we've done so in the past. I would recommend we have someone on at the start time to get it rolling though no matter if we need to change the game night or time.

There was just miscommunication going about. We've already taken measures to lower the possibility of that happening again. Also, CoD is my scapegoat.

Obviously. Real life happens some times, even for our leadership.

The little jabs are silly on both sides. We obviously have no problems running 2 supported games.

Oh I know and no worries - I don't mean to grief you, just want to help smooth it out (for my own selfish reasons of wanting to play). And for Xpert? Yeah, haters gonna hate! Better stay in space, or my Scorpion Evo will hate all over your dome.
Looking forward to Haloing again soon. I still wish we had done those custom games back on the last clan anniversary night.

Yeah, I wish they kept the file search engine the same. Last time I tried (a couple weeks back) I literally couldn't find anything. Hopefully they update it to make it more functional.

Just got home from the hospital (again). Wife was dehydrated and had to get 2 IV's and have her contractions monitored. Still too infrequent to deliver. Sorry everyone, thankfully it's the holidays so a lot of other people are busy as well.

Yeah. It's close to the holidays and people aren't going to be on much. I had no access to Xbox yesterday and will continue to have no access until I get back to my apartment on Tuesday.
