BLKOPS2 clan events!

All right Clanmates CODBLKOPS2 is getting ready to be here and the clan activity is going to increase. I personally am excited about this game and can't wait to get some good gaming with you guys in. I plan on having some kind of event at least once a month. This thread will be a "clan activities" thread for BLKOPS2 where you can put your ideas for clan events, such as inner clan tourneys or clan vs clan challenges in. Once an event is to the point of scheduling, a separate official post will be made for that event. As the clan special events officer you can always PM me your ideas. I thought one big thread with ideas and what and how we could do events would be nice. This way there is a "list" of things we can do. Please Keep the zombie stuff separate and do not post those ideas here. This game should be a blast with and I think we will have some good tourneys. Now I encourage you guys to put in ideas here and i also encourage some of you guys to take the lead on some of the clan events. With BLKOPS2, I will be actively challenging other clans for clan vs clan matches and they will more than likely be Fri and sat night, but we'll see how that goes. So in short GET BLKOPS or you will miss out in a ton of fun and a lot of great times with the clan.

I'd like to see a Breakout Tourney for one. It is always fun to have an Inter-Clan Tourney early on, before everyone learn all the maps. I would suggest a variety of modes like TDM, Domination and S&D. Nothing too complicated, just for fun you know?

I don’t play them, but I think things like the Zombie challenges have been successful. Set an end date and team size, and people can play however much they want to see the highest level/score they can achieve. With the new COD Elite you might just have to link the session from there, and not need a screenshot or anything. I’m interested to see how they have improved Elite and integrated it into Black Ops.

Domination with no kill streaks
best 2 out of 3
winning team players will recieve 5 points a piece

second Round
all the party games 2 matchs a piece

top 5 players each match will earn points
1st place player gets 5
2nd place gets 4
3rd place gets 3
4th place gets 2
5th place gets 1

team with the most combined points wins

Haven't played Z3 zombies yet (I know I'm a terrible Puppet) but I'd be up for a zombies tourney.

I'm going to be playing zombies more often so that I can get a better idea for how a tourney should be set up. If you want to play hit me up when I'm online. Hopefully we can get a tourney going soon. If you guys have any ideas please post them.

Teamdeath match with X number of lives or FFA (2 to 3 matchs per gun)
everbody gets the same primary weapons and perks
no secondary
no tactical granade
tomahawk for lethal
no killstreaks
perks lightweight, scavenger, marithon
examples
shotguns with longbarrel, fast clips
pistols with longbarrel, fast clips
smg with 2 attachments (Majority vote)
assalt rifle with 2 attachments (Majority vote)
sniper with 2 attachments (Majority vote)
sheilds only (super smash bros)
knife only
rpg with 2 lethal granades

prizes for 1 member of the winning team or for 1 out of the top five

I don't ever play Zombie either, and tried this last weekend but just was not interested. I might join up with you for some Grief (I think that is the mode with multiple "teams" and the last surviving team wins) to try it out.

Zombie Grief showdown! We need someone to take charge and setup this event! I still havent played grief yet.

also what might be cool is a DLC event new maps make it equal to all since we wont have alot of time to play the maps and learn the routes

Idk yet, maybe game winning ballistic knife = winning a real knife or maybe same thing but with a crossbow!

New idea for innerclan tourney

Weapon MASTER

Here's the idea it's kinda a two part tourney comprised of tdm and Dom

For the TDM part of the tourney players get to use their own loadouts. I would recommend the ballistic knife for your lethal on atleast one class

For the Dom part everybody will have the same LOADOUTS but they will change

Two teams with people picked by two captains (captains from active blkops role call)

Everybody plays tdm with their own loadouts, top player on the winning team picks the weapon for everyone to use for the Dom match, if its a secondary weapon then there will be no primary

Top player on the losing team picks the perks for everyone the Dom match

Eveybody plays Dom with the weapon that the top player on the winning team picked and the perks the top player of the losing team picked

Killstreaks for Dom will be UAV , CUAV and lighting  strike

No tactical equipment or lethal equipment 

ballistic knife as secondary weapon unless a secondary weapon is picked by the top player to be used by all, then a tomahawk will be used in place of the ballistic knife

After the Dom match, we go back and play tdm with the same rules, and then another Dom

Tourney is over when one team wins 4 Dom matchs

You can only be the person that picks the weapon for the Dom match once, if your the top player twice, the the number two guy picks.. etc
The weapon for Dom can only be picked once

One person from winning team wins the last camo s7 bottle opeaner
If you get a final killcam with the ballistic knife or tomahawk  at any time during the tourney then you will be entered in a drawing for a real knife or 1600 MSP card

I think it could be a blast, playing Dom with knifes only, no granades and just a lighting strike for air support
