NBA 2K13

With the cancellation of EA Sport's NBA Live 13 title, us basketball fans will have the pleasure of a another un-tested NBA 2K series title this year. Anyone planning on picking it up? The demo is out. I was on the fence; however, after playing the demo, I think I'll have to pick it up. Anyone else planning on picking it up?

I will be picking it up as I do every year

Might try to get this at Xmas. It's been a while since I've picked up a basketball title.

I have this and am blown away by it. My favorite sport and the depth of the game is great. They really capture the players mannerisms well. Also their signature moves, making it more authentic. I'm loving this game right now. Plus there is momentum in this game, you will go through struggling to score having a deficit, only to make a comeback and killing the opponents enthusiasm of supposed victory with a last minute three from none other than Kobe Bryant. Oh yeah online... Love it

So I see that Thunder likes this game and everything that I read says that this is an epic game. I was wondering if anyone else has picked up a copy and if so what you're thoughts are? I haven't played an NBA game since I played an NBA Live game years ago.

Because of their crappy service I don't plan on buying any more EA sports games so it might be a while before I get a baseball or football game and I could use another sport to get I into.

I have it as does Mcamp he and I have been battling it out off and on for a while now. If you are a basket ball fan and like basketball games then yes it is a good game and probably the best they have come out with yet. Oh and you won't be buying any baseball games for a while as 2k officially will not be making one and ea has not made one for many years the only baseball game that will be out this year will be MLB the show. Ps3 only.
MBA 2k13 is a good game with some smooth mechanics. A great buy for an nab gamer fan

That's what I've been hearing about the sports games so that's why I was considering picking it up. I'll have to seriously consider it since I used to really get into basketball games back in the day.

I know I'm a little late to the party but I finally picked this one up and played a couple games. From what I've played I'm really impressed, I just suck at getting in for dunks.

I'm glad that they have the Trade Finder option, because I enjoy playing the What If game and spending hours trading around to build an über team in MLB 2k10 and now I can do it in the NBA.

Most of the time when I'm playing it will be because I'm watching the kiddo so I might not be able to play any MP, but if you see me on it's worth sending me a request. I'd probably be a brutally easy win if you do play me, just as an FYI.

I still have it and play it regularly. Mostly single player season mode but would be down for some mp.
