Sci-fi author sues Ubisoft over Assassin's Creed copyright infringement

I always said, wow this could be a book or movie.

Meh, I'd have to read the book to really say. My guess is some guy wants to get rich and his book is similar.

And it took this guy three AC games before he brought a civil suit? One or more of the following are probably true:

1.) This guy is a terrible writer, has little to no fans, and thus nobody pointed it out to him.

2.) His claim is pretty much BS and he's filing it to try and cash in on the success.

3.) If he was a good writer, he'd be making enough money on his own and probably wouldn't be too concerned with this suit.
