SKYRIM!!! + Penny Arcade = WIN

LOL, I can relate. It's hard NOT to pickup a load of crap.
I had done so earlier but because of the weight restriction couldn't sprint which made me drop a lot of it. Then I tried upgrading my armor or leather boots, etc. and realized I needed some items I'd dropped in a cave earlier retrieving the golden claw on a mission (no spoiler if you're not sure what I'm talking about) but yeah...I can relate to this very well.

Don't know if you've done the lighthouse/smuggler mission yet but I got so much swag from that cave that I had to travel back to the nearest town using power attacks and shouts.

This comic is what happened to me in Morrowind, I spend so much time hording all sorts of stuff so that I would have crap to sell when I wanted to buy new equipment and I had tons of components to craft a wide range of items (and I needed these since my skills were low and I tended to go thru components like water).

Only reason I have a companion is as a pack mule. I'm a total hoarder, but maxing smithing and enchanting early was expensive.

maxing smithing cost me about 3000. havent tried enchanting much. just grinded iron daggers the whole time.

Sounds like a lot of fun. Grind grind grind, aha, dagger... repeat!
