Well most Nerf guns look futuristic and why spend thousands of dollars on making props when you can raid the local Toys-R-Us and for a couple hundred bucks you've outfit an entire army. I sell this is great fiscal responsibility.

I agree I'm glad they are placing money else where instead of worrying about making every little thing perfect. Besides the guns look realistic and futuristic all in one.

what annoys me is the armor is looks so cheep like most props like kinda eh

I feel like they most most of the cost into creating Terra Nova and the camp itself and having a constantly good amount of CGI affects every episode.

It's no big deal in my mind. As long as the story and characters remain interesting and the special effects are somewhat decent; I don't care that they use $20 guns. FYI..none of the weapons you see on televison episode (CSI, Law and Order, etc, etc.) are real...unless you're watching Discovery Channel Top Shot or something so....yeah.

holy crap...remind me to never create a television series, write a book, or even produce a 30 sec. commercial because you guys are relentless and tear things apart. LOL

I wasn't bashing on the show at all. I am glad they don't give a sh1t about spending huge amounts of money on props. I rather have a good story line, great scene selection, good actors, and great CGI. I just made this thread to point out they use nerf guns as props.
