That maybe, and again I'm not a fan of Mayweather and actually love Pacman...but I thought (and could be wrong) that the reason they didn't fight was Manny making excuses and backing out at the last minute?

Manny backed out because Mayweather wanted him to get drug tested....Since there is no testing in boxing...Manny said no.

Ah, the infamous drug test thing. Why does it matter if you're clean???
