New Home for Forza 3

As you may have noticed, there are a lot of changes going on here lately. Part of that means a new section for Forza 3 and Forza 4. Forza 3 is being "retired" so it will now live here in the retired games section and all the records will be moved over so we can always access the rich history of this division. We will still be moving forward with Wiggles IROC Tourney which is scheduled for next week so don't freak out. All is good in the world of Forza.
