SPAS on Top Shot Season 3

I'm not sure if anyone else watches Top Shot, but it looks like the SPAS is going to make an appearance on the next episode and that they'll be shooting slugs vs buckshot. Also, I saw this neat little rifle on the first episode:

Is this like Top Gear but with guns?

Not really. It's a contest that starts with 16 marksmen/women that are usually from the US and each week they compete in some kind of "shooting" contest. I say shooting because some weeks they throw knives, tomahawks, rocks, and other primitive weapons. The game starts with teams and works down to individuals like Survivor. Check the History channel's website for more details. It's pretty sweet.

Pretty sweet, needs a CCO and Peq to be completely optimized, but I'd gladly own one.

Yeah, I wish I had the $3k to drop on one cuz it would be pretty sweet to roll up to a range and start sighting that beast in.

Turns out they were shooting the Benelli M4 Super 90, but it was still fun to watch. They were shooting mason jars suspended by their caps at 40 feet with 1 oz slugs. 50 targets, fastest team wins... and one team got smoked.
