Sell it on ebay for $300, then upgrade to an iphone 4 for $200.

And for reference I just did that with 2 BB Torchs. I'm with AT&T so upgrading to an iphone costs $200. I set the starting bid at 250 and buy it now at 300 and both had bids within a few hours. Easy way to get an essentially free iphone with some cash for apps/accessories.
