Battlefield Bad Company 2

Has anyone had any problems getting into a lobby, played for about 2 hours straight now cant even get into a lobby.

I scavenged 60 bucks together I will be picking it up tomorrow

i'll be on tomorrow after 3pm est, someone send me a squad invite.

Hardcore mode ftw!

This game is great... I really enjoy the squad deathmatch.... It definitely adds a new dynamic have 4 teams of 4 going at each other. Sticky, Zero, Loose Vision and myself were pwning kids

Yea, I got on the battlefield web site last night and activated my veteran status, but it didn't show up in game. Maybe it takes a while. Hopefully by the time I get on tonight it has pushed through. I want to use my M1!

and i cant seem to add my vet status ..
like i go to add 1943 or bc1 gold and it just freezes

I played the last version of Bad Company. Your saying I can have my rank or part of my rank in the game by doing something on the game website?

That suck I've played all previous Battlefields but since I have a new account I wont be abl to use it lol.

How do I get my Veteran Reward in BC2?
You go to the BC2 website, login the site then click on "Soldier" in the main menu.
In your "Soldier" page, click on the Veteran link. BC2 should automatically appear.
Note: The CD Key games won't work and 1943 (still) doesn't detect all the time. We are working on those two items.

The BC2 site is experience a high amount of traffic and is having intermittent accessibility!

Please be patient while we work on resolving this as quickly as we can.

So, I take it with how positive the reviews are, that we will wind up with some form of clan support for this game, no? I'm pretty much never switching back to MW2. I don't know, maybe it's how I can make my own doorways and windows at my convenience...

just finished the game on hard
it was great very good story line and some kick ass graphics

AHHHHH, Common! I'm a couple hours of play away from breaking into the top 1000 in score!

I say we take S7 to the top of the Gamebattles list for BC2! A lot of us have been playing together, and are already building strong fire teams with lots of player communication. I look forward to seeing what we will be able to do with this game.

Anyone else play harcore yet? I tend to die a lot more in that mode but the game feels so much better. Sniping is a blast when you one shot people a mile away. Vehicles are much more lethal but they can die easier. Plus I am always in favor of less stuff on the HUD. I really hate the red arrows over poeple unless someone is actually spotting them with the UAV.

Hardcore is great and this is why, I feel it takes to many shots to down someone with a regular weapon on normal mode, but I feel the same way in the other shooter games. But I can tell you those arrows take away the fun, plus when you sit back and snipe and call in a motar strike you can destroy a whole squad. I play normal with people in the clan who are already playing when I join but if I am ever on by myself or start a squad myself I play hardcore. Plus the kill cam is gone also

Myself, Cass and Diehard won about 5 or 6 rounds in a row on hardcore and Cass had about 25 kills, from the same spot.
