It says the dancers are 2/1/91A as in...2nd BCT, 1st Armored Division Task Force (Forward) Forward which signifies deployed.
The TF 1-13 AR means 1st Battalion, 13th Armored. In '97 1-13 Armor became Task Force (TF) 1-13, when A/1-13 joined TF 1-41 Infantry.

No that is the unit that had the surveillance, those are Iraqi Army soldiers...

Also look at some of the gear those guys have... AK-47... plain older kevlars with no cover... etc...
