no you really dont klown it would kill me alot more if i had a game early like that but could not play MP for fear of getting my xbox banned like smack did for mw2..

Stepto has said numerous times on Major Nelsons podcast that they WILL NOT do a system ban for playing a game early that was purchased through a retailer...now if you are playing a pirated copy early then you are PHOCKED

The question becomes who do you play with if the game isn't out yet?

Well I am not willing to take a chance on playing it. Cause I have also heard that whatever stats you might have achieved will be erased to make it fair for all.

If you have a legit copy and somehow got it early... you can play it with no probs.... if you have a leaked/pirate copy... and they can tell with a scan... then you will get banned...

I am just enjoying the story mode right now and saving it on my memory card. I will just wait until monday evening to go online.
