Monday Night Combat

Well this game came out yesterday costing 1200 Microsoft points or $15. I have played around 3 hours and I can see it being a good team strategy game. The game mode is 6v6with the ability to invite 5 of your friends into a party then you can search for a game. It only has one game mode destroy the other teams money ball before they destroy yours. You can upgrade turrets, upgrade your character, and help your AI robots get to the other teams money ball. Here is a video explaining it much better then I can.

That looks a lot better than my first impression - have you bought the full version Panzer? Anyone else thinking about picking this up? Looks like fun

This is one of the summer of arcade games right? I think I have DL'd the demo, but have yet to play it. Might give it a chance tongiht.

I bought mnc, it pretty fun , but when you play with people that don't use mic's then it's pretty challenging, totally tactical game, I would like to play it with some of the s7 bro's I think we could own some fools. What's your favorite class? I'm still trying them out

My favorite class is the Gunner or the Assassin. The Gunner's Dual Minigun upgrade is super powerful and just rips through a Tank's armor, not mention an Assassin's paper thing flexible suit. The Assassin is hard to use very effectively, but I noticed that I like to play it so that I'm taking out other players and the powerful bots, mainly the Jackbot. An Assassin Grapple will make the Jackbot's health go down by alot, which helps the team destory it quickly before reaches the base and basically one-shots the Moneyball sheild.

I also love when the mascot comes out and drops money, always a huge fight breaks out around him.

I tried out the demo, and it was OK. I need something new to play, but not sure this is it. I bet this is a lot better when you are playing 3 on 3 and not 1 vs the bots like I was doing in the demo. I'm going to play some of the other classes and see if i can get a better feel for the game. I did try out the gunner, and when he is in "turret" mode is pretty cool.

I was hoping for this, since it really is a great game.

I bought it this weekend and love it. I play the Support class mostly, and my second custom class is a Gunner. In the full Crossfire mode this game involves a lot of tactics and skill. It is a really cool mix of FPS and Tower Strategy games - total WIN!

So I never saw anyone on it this weekend - anyone want to jump on there tonight? I'll dish out the heals Maybe we should set up a regular day for this (Monday night would seem logical).

I'm up for Monday being the designated night. But tonight I need to study for a test and then I will be playing NHL 11 because it just came out today. Other then that I will be fine to play MNC any day if we have a good group of guys on.

I didn't ever pick it up, but was thinking about it. I still may if I get more bored with the games I have now.
