PSX Key Notes

So we had the Playstation Experience held over the weekend.  Tons of news and info was dropped.  More than I have even been able to checkout yet givin my busy schedule this time of year but there are a few big announcements you should be aware of.

#1 - Uncharted 4

Holy sh1t!  15 mins of gameply footage was shown and looks amazing!  Seriously, this is why you get a PS4.  Naughty Dog is amazing and this game look perfectly on track to be one of the best yet.  2015 release for sure.  Check it out...




#2 Bloodborne

From the Dark Souls creators, Bloodborne is a PS4 exclusive.  If you are into the Souls series, this game is a must have.  If you're not into the Souls series, what is wrong with you?  Also a 2015 release.  They showed off a bit of co-op at PSX.  Check it out...




#3 The Order 1886

Yet another PS4 exclusive that looks better every time I see it.  Here we got some more gameply footage from another 2015 release.




Also of note:  For fighting enthusiast, Street fighter IV is come to PS4 as a console exclusive with cross platform fights between PC and PS4.  And God of War creator has an interesting game on the horizon called Drawn to Death.  There were about 50 more games announced too but I have not had time to sift through it all.  The big stuff is announce above.

Recap:  2015 is shaping up to be an amazing year.

Also, Personal 5 has been confirmed for North America (coming to PS3 and PS4) in 2015.  Big deal for those into Persona.

From what I've heard the character models are coming out at twice the polygon rate of those from TLoU on PS4 and that it's running full 1080 at 60fps with no issues.

Agreed.  Uncharted looks unreal.  And did you watch that video?  The combat looked fluid and down right amazing.  When he uses the grapple to swing around, then jump off and lay the smack down on that bro?  Awesome.  It can not come out fast enough. So excited.

Uncharted 4 and persona 5 is all I need.

Still need to find time to watch the video, I'll probably try this weekend.

The Order was one of the reasons why I went PS4.  And after playing TLoU and seeing video for Uncharted I'm stoked for that too.   Haven't played 1-3 but it's still gonna be win.

They will release the first 3 uncharted games remastered for ps4 I bet.

That's what I'm hoping for.  And when they do I'll mail my wallet and debit pins to Naughty Dog's studios.
