Definitely found out last night that one skilled guy with a stun gun and the ability to hack the other team can dominate a game. Almost felt like the game was broken when your team is constantly being revealed through the intel hack. Was very frustrating and I appologize for my harsh language at times.

Harsh language? wait until you play with me more. Ever hear the saying "curse like a sailor"? Well...I was a Marine, which means its even worse

I used one of Wiggles' keys, but I still haven't gotten mine yet. They're pretty on top of things.

Update on the game (new game type, more xp and larger parties):

360 ONLY - Grenades are over-powered: we are reducing the grenade blast kill-radius according to your feedback and the analysis of your matches.
360 ONLY - Confusion was caused by the 4-man party and 6-man team matchmaking: we are increasing the maximum party size to 6 in order to align with the team size.
360 & PS3 - We are universally increasing the speed of XP acquisition in order to gain additional feedback on the weapons and equipment unlocked later in the character progression system.

Good deal. Maybe after tomorrow's Stock Car tourney I'll try to jump on for some beta action. I've only been able to get onto the beta once, every other time I was getting an error that the Ubisoft servers or service weren't available.

I've tried checking GameStop's website and so far I can't tell if they're doing a midnight release for this. I see that the week before they're doing one for Max Payne 3 (probably a garbage game), but that's probably mainly because they're doing it for D3 also. If anyone has any info about this please post up. I'd guess that they will do one, but I'm just not sure.

I've never attended a midnight release but from what I've heard the best way to know for sure is to call the local store to find out as sometimes not every store participates in certain midnight releases even if most of them are.

Mine GameStop is, but they all could be different. I need to play the beta more, as it left me unimpressed compared to what you all are saying. I loved the weapon customization, just felt the gameplay (character movement in particular) was clunky. I only played it twice, and was having lag issues the second time, so I may not have got a real good feel for it.

Yeah, I'll definitely call the about it. The store I use usually participates in all the big releases but I'll probably double check with them.

@Miller - Definitely give it another try. I'm liking the game so much that I don't know if I'll pick up the new COD game in the fall. That being said, I may just get it out of habit. GR:FS plays a lot more smoothly for me. I think the third person is easier for me to spot threats so I've been more successful in keeping a KDR close to or above 1, as well as help with capping points and setting bombs. If you haven't tried it yet, I suggest playing the bomb game (sabotage?). It's a great game and a good way to get tons of xp and level your classes and weapons, especially with the increased xp given for the beta.

The only thing that would draw me to this is that it's Treyarch's year so that means more zombies, probably.
