Midnight Release

Anyone know of any places doing a midnight release for BF3?
Im trying to find out if they EB Games here is doing a midnight release, everything I search keeps bringing up midnight release for Australia!
I suppose I could actually call the store and ask...

Check with GameStop. BF3 will probably have a large enough draw to warrant a midnight release. Otherwise you can probably get it at midnight at a 24hr Wal-Mart.

I received a text message today from GameStop regarding the midnight release. I wasn't planning on picking it up at Midnight but I've changed my mind. I'll just have to suck it up in the office on Tuesday, lol.

yeah I'll be doing the midnight release too!

I called the store I have it pre-ordered at and they are not doing a midnight release but opening earlier than usual, but every other EB Games here is! Just my luck!

My GS is doing one, but I think I'll be waiting until after work Tuesday. Now for MW3 and Skyrim, that's a different story. LOL.

My Gamestop does it for everything, even Batman (only exception recently was Forza 4...)
Do you have a 24/7 Walmart nearby? If so just go in at midnight and as an employee to grab it for you.

I have to work in the field on Tuesday so I will pick up my preorder while I'm out and be on after 5 or 6pm.

When Halo 3 came out my friend and I were going to pick up his preorder from Gamestop. I forgot to preorder it myself. We saw the massive line there snaking a few hundred feet, so we went in to Walmart next door. We didn't have a preorder there but were able to pick up a Limited Edition and were driving home before that Gamestop line had moved at all. He picked up his preorder the next day, but we only needed the one that night since we were doing co-op.

Moral of the story: Walmart, even limited editions, no preorder needed, faster in and out.

as much as i hate walmart hes right

I know best buys some are doing midnight release.

gamestop for sure is doing it (but check your local store as some do it some dont all a matter of how many pre orders they sold)

cool thing is im night crew tonight so i get off work at 1130then buy the time i get to myside of town its about 1210so no line waiting for me just walk in and boom got my copy

Still waiting til tomorrow, but I got a last second doctor appointment in the morning (broken finger or ligament or something) so I may take most of the rest of the day to relax and play.
