Well, Monday I went to Lookout Pass (15" of snow overnight)
Then Wednesday (today) I went to the little local mountain, Mt Spokane - which had received 10"+ snow in the past 24h and had a perfectly sunny day.

No real point to this post, other than winter/snow is awesome. Enjoy the epic landscape pic I took.

The picture is awesome, nature is magical and all that...but snow and I don't get along. While you may love it, I instantly think of the shoveling, and the ice on the windshield, frozen toes, inability to feel my fingers, etc.
Nothing good.

See - I've simply embraced the cold. I don't like actually being cold, but having something that requires snow that I love doing... I can tolerate the rest.

Yeah it's been a crazy winter up here, everyone saying t's the most snow they have ever seen in the area. I've been snowboarding every week and even ice climbed a frozen waterfall a couple weeks ago near Leavenworth. Soooooooo fun

Nice! I've done a fair amount of ice climbing. I quit once I had kids though. It's a blast, but definitely a bit risky.
