Only once sales dip low enough. There's no way they'd release it as a stand alone any time soon. Too many people want just that.

But if you do pre-order... You get 5 rare supply drops at a chance for some stylish taunts and common camos!

At some point it has to become a law of diminishing returns. Some people will buy it just because it's a COD game but others will avoid it because of that same reason.

I don't necessarily not buy it just because it's CoD, I just don't like they way they've taken the franchise.  It's too gimmicky for me(jetpacks/wall running, etc.), but that's basically how all traditional FPS games are now.  It's why I've hardly played any for quite a while.
