Sig Request Empty Sig Request

Been awhile since I've requested one, but could anyone throw together a H5 sig for me? Something w/ blue background sort of like the main H5 screen when the game boots. Also I'd like to get Locke or a forerunner soldier in as the character, had MC plenty times.
