Account hacking

So I was playing catan tonight and a dude got mad because I built a settlement where he wanted to go. He got mad and left the game, shortly after I get a party chat request from the guy which I ignored then he procedes to send me a message saying I can kiss my xbox live account goodbye. I guess what I am getting at is what's the chances of this actually happening and is there anything I can do about it?

my guess would be about zero... he would need to get the email linked to the account... prolly send a fake xbox message to it hope you follow it and log in...

Simple rule of thumb I always follow is when you get an email with a link, always type in the address and go directly to there website. Never click links. Hopefully you forwarded the message along to MS.

Yeah, he'd need the LIVE ID and there's no way to find that out without hacking the MS servers. I suggest sending him a polite message describing exactly how you'd f#ck his mom.

I don't think that this guy is trying to back your account. He thinks that he has the juice to get you banned. Which he is prolly full of crap. But if in the rare case u do get banned get ready to contact xbox live support and ask for the supervisor immediately and keep raising he'll until they fix it. There have been rare instances where one retard has a friend who works for xbox and they go into the system and ban your account. But more likely is this guy was mad and filed a complaint on yu and thinks that willdo anything.

I kept the message he sent me and filed a coplaint we will see what happens. I'm not too worried about and yes he got pwnd.
