Pretty cool video. There's a corresponding article on the Halo website.
Basically they went with Pistol starts and a much smaller radar vs the betas massive radar.
Also, there seems to be a LOT of finesse to map movement. Animation cancelling, optimal jump/slide/thrust patterns, etc.
Exciting for everyone. Looks the most on track halo has been since Halo 2/3
