Today I rode a bike

Just finished a Century ride. 103 miles. Climbed about 5800 vertical feet.

Glad it's finished, but it's cool to have done. Being a powerlifter/bodybuilder cardio for this long is quite the battle.
I may post pictures later.

Nice one bro! I might be able to do that if you bounced a soccer ball in front of my bike the whole time. Hard for me to get motivated anymore without it. I probably would have had a heart attack though.

Yeah, I had only cycled about 300 miles this whole summer - mile 80+ was pretty d@mn painful.

Yes, he got boned and tried to ride away the pain.

I feel like you would have to wreck and do a pretty gnarly ass-slide somehow for that to happen

It is two sided with the seam in the middle. I think this obviously was caused by the seat. It is really funny though with the Virginian motto though.
