I think a suspension for Brady should have been where it ends and 4-8 games seems like a solid deterrent against potential future infractions. As for fining the team and taking the draft picks, I think that's too much. Had the coaching staff or front office been involved I'd say those would fit better.

Personally I don't like the Pats, but I think Brady as the sole perpetrator should be the only one penalized. As for the equipment guys that helped, it was probably do this or Brady get them fired. If something is to be done to them, that should be internal with the team.

And I definitely agree that taking the title would be overkill. Like was said above, if your team gets wrecked when the equipment is in proper order, I don't think it really matters if someone deflated the balls - you just got beat by a better team. So, that's my two cents...

Not positive this is actually or officially a PATS response. More like some dude creating a blog by going on the net pulling the report and responding letters together.

ok, I see it's some attorney dude. Funny they didn't allow him to use the NFL official website--nor did he send it from his law offices official website. Instead he created a free blog site to host it.

oh yeah...

"In the Wellsreportcontext.com, the Patriots said McNally referred to himself as "the deflator" jokingly because he was attempting to lose weight. "

Rolling Eyes just stop. it sounds stupid!
