Where did you see that?  The game is supposed to be released June 9, not the beta.  I got an email 2 days ago about the beta but it didn't specify a date.  I'd be surprised if they pushed back the game again.

I enjoyed it on the PC. I almost started up again recently but prefer GW2 due to the vistas, underwater combat, and better PvP options. ESO was still fun though. IMO

i would think it would only be a closed beta for a little bit since they say they want to run it 1 month long
i would think they will open it to really stress test servers
