Play on whatever sensitivity gives you the best all around gun control. I know a very good player who played on 1 sens. I and many others used to play on 10 now I use 8. If I haven't played for a while I'll bump it to 10 for a few games and when I move back to a lower sens it seems much slower and instantly comfortable again.
