about practice

Just curious i am new to this clan and i am a third shifter n i know practice is thursday but i leave for work at 10:00 pm est is this going to count against me if i amonly there for 45 mins to hour or how does that work.

no it wont count against you , it good that you still show up, as practice is always a good thing help every one learn the maps better and how to work as a team .

It doesn't count against you, just be sure leadership knows your situation. Definitely make an effort to play with the guys when they do game nights on the weekends. I have some RL commitments Thursdays myself so I make maybe 1 practice a month.
