Havoc DLC

Ok, strange one this morning.
XB1 told me that COD AW needed an update. I did the update and the havoc maps and exo suit zombie selection was added to the menus. The problem is it's "grayed" out for me. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the Season pass a few times, reset my xbox and still the DLC option for me is there-- but grayed out. When I go in to actually play the zombies  it says "you need DLC content" but when I hit the store option for season pass it says " you already own the season pass".  A CONUNDRUM!!!      

What would you suggest? I thought about uninstalling the game and re-installing, but would I lose all progress? Not sure.

I saw on reddit people had the same problem and uninstalled the season pass and could then download the DLC. I'm trying to find the thread.

Per Activision Support.

Unlike Xbox 360, the Xbox One does not have a menu option to clear cache on the console. Instead, follow these steps to clear cache on an Xbox One:
Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.
Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.
Press the power button on the console three or four times.
Plug the power cable back into the console.
Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
Turn on the console using the power button.
Performing step 3 will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

We'll see...

thats fail i know season pass holder got screwed when it came to getting the dlc gun ahead of time im not sure what more trouble shooting you can do .. as what i would say to try you have already done
nothing about it on their twitter =/

is i went into the store and found havoc DLC clicked it and it will say you own it would you like to install click yes and have it download

should work after that ill update this post once mine is done
(its weird it did not auto download )

Yeah found this on Reddit kinda like what Sticky said is working for everyone.

for anyone that has a season pass and is having trouble downloading HAVOC go to store (in CODAW) >DLC packs>purchase> (it should ask if you own it already) install.

I haven't downloaded it and I have the season pass as well. Tried to get it this morning before work but I had to leave so I'll mess with it when I get home.

I won't be able to play until tomorrow at the earliest.  Don't get bored of the new maps by then yall.

Just to put a cap on this, I got home and did what Sticky suggested (Thanks Sticky!) and things worked out. The maps are ALL very well done and are beautiful. Not that you get much time to look as the bullets are flying constantly. All are relatively small except the Side Show map (love the clown theme of course) but that's the only real "sniper" map if you want to call it that. The others seem close and are more suited for my run/gun lifestyle.

Yeah I'm really looking forward to this after work.  Going to do some chores then sit down to game all evening until my late night soccer.

Nice. I was able to get some zombie rounds in. Fun so far, It'd be great with a team of four of us.

Guys the zombies is official but the maps there cool but on some maps it kinda hard for hardpoint u really got to be aware of everything. I guess when they were making the maps they wanted to challenge everyone..

I like all the maps, but the clown one can get annoying with too many snipers.

if you are looking to try them out but don't have team mates to play with, load a private match with max enemy bots, mixed skill, tdm, just you on the other team.  it's pretty fun and lets you explore the maps fairly well.

so far i like the play style of the maps kind of wished i did not max prestige before all the dlc not much of a drive to play right now other then clan wars

Got to round 10 and got an achievement w/randoms on Zombies before they all bailed. Gotta get a team of S7 together and run till the end.

Yeah i got to 21 i believe and there were achievements popping in and out of nowhere, the zombies is fun, different than the last ones, but still fun.

Yeah, made it to 15 with randoms. I had no idea what the hell was going on or the map layout, I was just following their lead. Assault rifles and heavy machine guns seem to be the way to go with quick reload right off the bat.

I usually go for juggernog before any other perk so as not to lose any if I take a few errant swipes.  Slight of hand with an MG will be beast though, with an alternate of raygun or whatever other box specials they have this time around.

I will definitely be getting on some of this after practice tonight, if I get 3 others.  I'd rather play solo than deal with randoms.

They only have 1 special weapon. "Carterizer" it is super OP. I've only gotten to MK15. That's 15 upgrades. You can max at 20. It's a little different than the pack a punch. But a good way to get full ammo on your fun when you upgrade which is awesome.

Right now my favorite map is the clown themed map, also when the sign spits out those cannon ball style bombs you can pick them up and throw them at the enemy.
