Calling all Computer People
I recently got a laptop for my company to run the POS backend stuff on. It has to be on a Windows 7 premium platform. Since the computer came with 8 i had to downgrade.
Now that i have followed all the steps i saw online i have it running but can't access the internet. No Networking Hardware has been detected. i've installed LAN Wireless drivers and what not.
Any ideas?
Can i uninstall all the drivers and reinstall them? Would that crash the computer. Just not well versed in this area to where i don't want to screw up the computer and make it unusable.

You're going to want to download windows 7 drivers for your specific graphics card. If you're lucky the laptop manufacturer website will have drivers for windows 7 also. If not, you'll have to go to the vendor site who made the graphics card (ie. Realtek) and find the correct one there.
There's also a chance there isn't a correct one, depending on what the vendor has released, when the card came out, what they had it installed in, etc. If that's the case you're basically out of luck. Occasionally drivers built for similar models of the same brand will work, so you could try that.
PS: Yes, you will want to uninstall all your NIC/Wireless drivers and install new ones as per above.

I went to the device manager and saw all the drivers that were yellow, indicating they need the drivers. I looked each of those up and i've downloaded them all and even when i do that the devices are still yellow. Luckily the manufacture website has them all its just the matter of finding the right ones. I think however i downloaded all the 64 bit ones and i need 32 bit, which might be why they aren't working.
