Characters most likely to transfer Empty Characters most likely to transfer

While it hasn't been 100% confirmed by Bungie, it seems like characters will transfer thru the entire 10yr saga that will be Destiny.  Also, another Iron Banner is coming 12/16, details to follow at a later time.
