The Sony Pictures Hack Was Even Worse Than Everyone Thought
Holy crap!

Maybe it's time for Sony to invest in some security.
It's time to take a moment of silence for Sony Pictures, because more startling revelations about leaked information just came out and employees are starting to panic. BuzzFeed raked through some 40 gigabytes of data and found everything from medical records to unreleased scripts. This is probably the worst corporate hack in history.
That saddest part about all of this is that the very worst is probably still to come. Hackers say they stole 100 terabytes of data in total. If only 40 gigabytes contained all of this damning information, just imagine what 100 terabytes contains.

Some of it was unreleased movies or those still at the theaters. Amongst others, a 1080p digital copy of the Brad Pitt WWII movie Fury is now available on the net as a torrent. I would think these make up the bulk of the data. While employee names and SSN's are extremely sensitive, any files with that info are relatively small in comparison.

Wow...this is crazy.
Sony continues to be the victim (PS 3&4, Sony pictures, whatever) year after year.
There is some serious Sony hate in this world. Which is surprising since Sony is NOT an American company. I understand hating anything American, but didn't expect Sony to receive international hate at a white hot level constantly across the board.

I think at this point it's being done to prove a point. Sony obviously doesn't see that point yet and will continue to have this happen to them until they do. A company like Sony should have sh1t on lockdown.

Evidently North Korea is responsible for the hack because they are feeling insecure about the Seth Rogan James Franco movie. So weird.
