Re: COD:AW Officers
I would like to thank S7 Coolhand for his time and effort as the Executive Officer for Call of Duty:Advnaced Warfare.
He has stepped down from game command and I have promoted S7 COOP to the XO position. With that the Warrant Officers have all been promoted as well. I currently have two open Warrant Officer positions. Roles and duties would include planning practices & tournaments, running lobbies on practice nights & clan wars, amongst getting a voice in the future direction of Advanced Warfare within the clan.
If you are interested in taking an active roll in Advanced Warfare please send me a PM.
Congrats to S7 COOP, Huckfinn0722, & S7 Ragnarok.
Thanks again to S7 Coolhand

Re: COD:AW Officers
I would like to thank S7 Ragnarok for all of the work she has put into making COD:AW a success. She is stepping down due to RL obligations. RL always comes first, thanks again for all your help.
The other officers have been move up one rank and we now have another opening in the officers ranks. If you want to take an active role in running COD:AW for the clan please send me a PM.

Re: COD:AW Officers
I would like to thank S7 S0URKR0UT for her help with running COD:AW for the clan. Unfortunately her gaming time has been cut to a minimum. I am removing her from the list of active officers. If anyone would like to be an officer for this game please send me a PM.

Bucket size
Just a few ideas on how to stay in the current bucket size while being fair to members who want to win gear...
1). Keep the current roster requirements but change the "must be present for 50% of the war" to 75% or more, possibly 7 of the 8 hours.
2). Probationary members who were benched but participated in the previous war given priority over probationary members who were on active roster for previous war in order to give everyone an opportunity to play on active roster.
3). Practice and/or tourney attendance should play into active roster placement for probationary members.
4). Full members as well as officers should be encouraged to play support roles from time to time to allow others to be on active roster.
Thoughts?

Re: COD:AW Officers
This i think will cause more hassles then necessary.
Here is my big problem with staying in the smaller bucket.
Other than full members being courteous and letting others play in their spot. Its going to be whoever can play the whole time. Why would we let someone who can't be there the whole time play over someone who can. So if i was gonna be an hour late, but be there the whole time the second day then i'm out... Kinda stinks.
Not to mention, yeah all full members would be happy to let others play in the spot, but i don't think that's necessary. If we have people giving up spots, then we can fit in the 11-19 bracket and still be ok.
We have plenty of people reply to the roll call, and based off consequences of what we have for roster requirements most of them will be there and make a valuable effort to help get wins. We always have 1 maybe 2 guys get less than double digit kills, but its never much more than that, if my memory serves me correct.
As far as COD slowing down, all games do. They have actually kept interest with these wars. People play other games for a while, then there is a clan war and everyone plays, gets their fix, and then off to the there game again.
I don't think that we should have practice do much as the factor of making roster. If you have to work on Thursday nights at that time, there isn't anything you can do and shouldn't be penalized for it. Yes it'd be nice if we could all make it but its hard to get a day everyone can be on. Now if you are off playing something else and chose to skip out on practice then i understand.
In essence, when more than 10 people say they can be there the whole time, showed up to practice, and maybe helped out on the previous war, we still have only 10 spots. The clan wars now becomes not who has tried their hardest, showed up to everything, or met all requirements, but now a skill based decision. Lets say all things previously said we have one spot left and its CivilWarrior and Shmurda. (Just examples) Both very active, play a lot and probationary... Obviously Civil is a better player and now Shmurda after showing up to everything and doing all we asked gets benched. **Not fair** Lets say we chose the other route, let Shmurda play over Civil. We lose possible wins, better possible teams, and Civil who also shows up for everything gets benched.
All in all it to me is too much trouble to go this low in the bracket.
-People will get butt hurt. People won't think its fair.
-We no have no room to expand the clan cause we can't even let current members all be active in clan wars cause of space. Much less someone who just signed up.
My vote is that we take the hit, start at 0 and go to the next bucket size for next clan war.
No offense was meant towards this post, just my own opinion.

Yeah valid points, i think the most important thing is to remember why our clan is as good as it is, because we're competitive but more importantly we play to have good times.
