Marks are capped at 200. Empty Marks are capped at 200.

So if you are capped it might be a good idea to spend some of those marks or they are just wasted from here on out.

Good to know. I was sitting at 192 Vanguard last week (hit the limit) and will quickly hit 200. Time for some legendaries to breakdown into mats.
