That's when my laptop is hardwired to the modem. Over the wifi it gets between 38-45 down and like 6-8 up. Currently the PS4 is hardwired to the modem so it should be cruising. The speed test on the PS4 says like 25 down and 5-6 up but the guy at Comcast says he gets the same results on his PS4 and that the PS4 speed test isn't very accurate.
