The system as a whole does seem a bit sluggish opening things like the friends and stuff. I also hate that I only have Battlefield 4, Forza 5, and CoD Ghosts and I have already burned through 35% of my hard drive...

If you took the update you cannot party with those who didnt.  You also cant get into a pregame lobby with them.. you can however join in progress.  Very annoying right now.  I had no interest in being the guinea pig for this.
