recruiting

I would like to see us recruit more people to the clan. One way of doing this is to not be in party chat all the time. I would like for everyone to use game chat more often. Let everyone see how good of a time we have gaming together and maybe we will meet some more like minded people to join the ranks.

We picked up a random tonight who wasn't bad at first but turned out to be only 15. Can't say we didn't try.

I've met some pretty good guys on the 360 side and sent them pm. but I also have been playing mic less for awhile due to I've been playing solo, so its gonna be hard to get any recruiting on the 360 because I'm playing solo, but I'll put the mic back on and see. Also bring up titan fall as another resaon to join the clan

When people offer to party up that is a good opportunity.

HAHAH lets be honest, after one round with us dominating ,who wouldn't want to party up with us and boost their W/L ration  . Do we start off with asking their age? or just play a little and decide then whether to drop or not?

i would play with the person (no homo)  a little normally you can kind of guess if he is below the 21 age limit , then if everything seems to go well  after a few around just let him know if he is looking for a clan  and send him to the forum,normally how i do it  unless asked right off the bat to join  in that case i ask them  are you 21+  non mod glitch hack blah blah blah then if so  hit up the forums

That dude last night sounded close to 21 (albeit a bit combative) and ended up being 15 lol. I agree though, people hear us having a good time and will ask to party up and you can tell.
