Glad they finally nerfed the MSBS

You mean killed it. It's the only burst rifle, and you have to make it worth using.

Boo I liked the msbs but actually was using it less and less and leaning toward the ak12 most of the time. I agree with matt though it was the only burst rifle worth using. I didn't think it was that op. I thought it seemed similar to the m8 or swat fro blops2.

Meh, never used the MSBS. Never really liked it compared to other guns (R5, IA2, etc)

Oh it was great at close range- basically like a shotgun. It was also really good at mid-range, and only suffered at long range as it took 3-4 bursts and you just didn't get that many shots on people (unless they were clueless to run away). I'll have to try it after the patch. I've also switched back to the Honey Badger, and with the "Master Key" shotgun attachment to boot.

I'm rocking the MTAR after retiring my MSBS.  Is there anyything better?

Yea veper with muzzle break to extend range is a great option

i use silencer and grip on EVERY THING  lol  and run like a mad man

I run the same as sticky. It's OP

The MSBS was not like the m8 for bo2 because it would take about 2 burst from distance to kill you and the MSBS will kill you in one burst.

Not at a distance- 2 to 3 bursts as it climbs so much. Close range it was one, and only 2 of the bullets in that 3 round burst.

I'm just saying that at distance it will take several bursts to kill anyone. With the muzzle break it is even better, but still hard when they get far away. The gun climbs, and you don't hit them with all 3 bullets hardly ever (if at distance). I've used that gun more than any other, and can tell you at distance you might as well not shoot at them, as other guns are better- that's why I switched away from it a while ago. 

I would say all sniper rifles are still more OP than any other gun, as the quick scope is better this time around but still exists, making them as good as anything close range let alone at distance.

It's the drag shots that make the sniper OP. Plays like it did back in Halo 2, just way easier.
