Xbox Fitness live demo...

I think this is going to move a lot of consoles.  I know for sure I'm going to be trying it out.  Kinect looks like it works incredibly well.

I thought it looked pretty cool. My workouts are all in the gym, but I'd definitely play with this.

I could probably use a workout in my day.  And I wouldn't feel too embarrased using kinect since I don't have any roomates. xD

Cool but agree with Atrum my work outs 9/10 times is in the gym but will play with this and maybe use it along with my gym work out.

Only 20% of my workout are at the gym...but I do I a power rack/cage and 400kg of weights at home. Will that be Kinect compatible?

Seeing as how the kinect has been confirmed to detect up to 20kg of weight being loaded on the bar you should be fine.

Well, it's only configured to read objects up to a certain size. So the sandwich would display fine. Sticky's mom on the other hand...
