My completely uneducated guess is that they will announce Crackdown 3 as the "Unique Exclusive" and they will have something do with Fifa as I am assuming that is "Europes biggest franchise".  I hope I'm wrong about the Crackdown 3 part as that's not really a big deal as far as I'm concerned.

I've seen some comments about it maybe being a Fable 4 MMO, which would be interesting.
