Anyone know if you'll be able to party chat across platforms? Kinda random but I'm not sure how soon I'll be able to get a new console.

im thinking there getting rid of party chat as there using skype now but you never know they might keep both .

To be more specific...

Following a demonstration of Titanfall at E3, EA's Craig Owens confirmed that the game will have dedicated servers on all platforms – PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

"We're using Microsoft's cloud compute initiative to run all our servers for it, so it's all running on dedicated servers," Owens said. "We'll spin up and spin down servers as necessary, and it'll do all the AI hosting and physics calculations and all matchmaking and all of that good stuff. It's all dedicated servers, all the time." Owens also confirmed the PC version would feature dedicated servers.

In more interesting news no one wants to hear...

The PS4 looks to use a standard chat cable like those found in iPhone headsets.  (pic below is of the bundled chat headset for the PS4)



This could mean that my Astro's will work perfectly with the new PS4.  No upgrade required.  *Fingers crossed*

Sweet deal zak! If/when I get a PS4 I should be able to do my swap game between pc and ps4 too. Would be convenient to not have to buy yet another set of headphones.

I'd imagine they're only an adapter cable away from working with the Xbox one. Assuming they don't already.

I'm still bumed that MS didn't come out with a XB1 that didn't have a kinect and didn't have an optical drive and was $150 bucks cheaper if they did I would totally buy 2 of those.
