Beats coffee any day

So I workout regularly. Eat health, take supplements, etc.
As such I asked a company about their new pre-workout drink and they sent me a free sample, yay!
I poured the packet into my water bottle, chugged it (worst tasting thing ever - think unsweetened kool-aid mix) and looked at the packet.

The packet was 5 servings, not 1.

If any of you have taken a preworkout before 1-2 servings can upset your stomach, make you jittery, lightheaded, etc. Well, it's 5 hours later and while I no longer feel like I'm going to vomit, my head is just buzzing and feels like the equivalent of pounding 2-3 big can rockstars.

Just thought I'd share for all of your amusement.

Lol I remember that one xpert adding sugar to regular kool aid giving you a sugar hi.

I knew a guy in college that consumed a whole small container of creatine in one serving and spent like the next many hours on the shitter.

I think I'd have forced myself to puke that sh1t up. I think if I took 5 scoops of my pre-workout it would probably give me a heart attack.

I thought about it. I have a pretty high tolerance (which sucks as it's expensive to keep rebuying) so I figured it'd be ok.

Haha, I'm just finishing a tub of that (going on to C4 next) and I'm pretty sure 5 scoops would indeed put me in the hospital.

I still recommend it though. Great focus and energy. Would probably add more creatine to it though, bring it up to 5g.

Ahh, It wasn't the best experience so idk if I'll try it again. I actually have a tub of the original jack3d ordered. Used it for a long time and really like it.

And yeah, I use ON Micronized Creatine mono. so I should be good to go there.
