Atrum's LNS Power of Two Tourney

I am proud to present Atrum's LNS Power of Two Tourney. Here is the breakdown. This event will be a team event. Teams will be set in groups of 2. (2v2v2v2...for as many people that show up.) This is a full contact event and ANYTHING GOES! Big Bears, driving backwards, etc would all be encouraged. As are revenge suicide wreckings, track blocking, etc. There are NO RULES as far as contact goes. You do whatever you can to help your team win. It's time to let off some steam and have some fun.

Teammate 1 (The Racer) tries to race as normal and win.
Teammate 2 (The Destroyer) tries to wreck the other Racers so their teammate can win.

This is an A-Class Event. Each team has 1 racer, and 1 destroyer. Points are based on where the Racer finishes. Destroyer must drive an A-Class truck or SUV. A truck/SUV will be supplied for those who don't have time to make one (available in the clan garage). The Racer may drive any A-Class car they want. The Racer may NOT drive a truck or SUV.

*Driver's on the team can determine and swap rolls as they see fit.

The rules are pretty simple and as follows:

This is an LNS Tourney and anything goes. The event will be 7 races.

Date: Friday March 8, 2013 (<- THIS FRIDAY)
Time: Racing starts at Midnight Eastern Time (12am - technically Saturday morning)
Car Class: A-Class (street cars only)
Damage: Simulation
Collisions: Always On
Starting Grid: Random
Tracks: Random - Player based
# of Races: 7
# of Laps: TBD(depending on track length) [/b]

The winner will be decided by points base on where the racer finishes each track. The team with the most points will be the Power of Two Champions. Be there. This should be a blast. Event is THIS FRIDAY!!!

Awesome! See you guys there. There are plenty of cars tuned for the garage so don't worry about not having a car. And there's no being 'out of practice' - Half the people are just destroying everything!

I'm really hoping to make this one. It's been a while since I've raced and I'm itchin' to shred some metal and f*ck up some of those pretty cars you guys make.

Definitely excited for this. It'll be a tough decision between being a racer or destroyer though.

I want to destroy! Everyone is going to try and hit me if I am a racer anyway. I am always a big target. Seems like a good idea for me to Tank up. I wouldn't mind a few tries at racer to see if I can out drive some of you but mostly I want to destroy! CRUSHIN' DREAMS!!!

I wouldn't mind being either, but I'd probably end up being a destroyer if I'm a racer.

LOL! I was thinking the same thing. Even as a racer I am likely to be hitting the hell out of everyone I see.

I'm not sure if this is going to work out with a midnight start since the baby tends to eat anywhere between 12-1:30am and I'm on baby patrol tonight since my wife works at 4am. If I do try to play, most likely I'll end up dropping in the tourney. I could possibly be a free agent tank and just try and wreck everyone so if I drop I don't leave a teammate hanging.

By all means show up. This is not a serious event. We are just having fun tonight. If you don't have a partner we will just make you a degnisated hitter for when you are able to drive.

Yeah, we'll play it by ear. I might try to at least get on for some Blops 2 pwnage.

If only Team Rocket didn't get in each others way for half the races... we would have stolen Pickachu easily.

I so fell asleep at like 9:30. Guess that's what happens when you get like 2hrs of sleep and wake up at 5am. Sucks too cuz the baby slept from like 9:30-3am so I so could have played uninterrupted.

Last night was so much fun! Can't wait to do it again.
