2xp weekend

This coming weekend will be a double xp weekend leading up to the dlc release on the 29 th

25th to the 27th I am guessing.

start 10am pst jan 25th end monday 10am pst jan the 28th

And I said I wasn't going to prestige again.
Maybe a bad time because once I pull the trigger the new maps drop--then I'm sitting there in a new map trying to learn the choke points with only a few weapon choices/attachments.

Maybe I should just sit tight...

All you need to do is permanent unlock the weapon you use most and get to level 4 before the maps drop and you can have a good couple classes to use in the new maps.

trying really hard to finish off the chicom and my prestige...hoping to hit the button tommarow and get a good headstart on lvls prior to the weekend fingers crossed on the chicom, d@mn thing makes me rage

Are you playing HC? That thing is a beast for Hard Core, but then again I'm a fan of the burst guns.

I'm still on the fence. I know I can easly get to 50 in a double XP weekend if I perstige again. I'm just to lazy to unlock everything and reset my classes.

yup nothing but hardcore matt, and i can only use the d@mn thing decently with select fire since i have a tendancy to hip shoot if i miss the first burst i generally end up dead

I think I'm in the 40s now, so will probably be able to level up enough to prestige again. Luckily with all the permanent unlocks prestiging is now not an issue at all. I reach level 4 easily in one game, so after that I'm back to rocking the stuff I want.

This is kinda what I was talking about when I told Klown he shouldn't be too concerned with the resets from prestiging.

Well the first few can be pretty rough, but once you get 4 or 5 unlocks it isn't bad at all. I think Klown is on one of the earlier prestiges so he may have to go without something he is used to at first.

I went ahead and unleashed the Kraken today. Couldn't let Sticky get too far ahead of me :p

That was a blast last night. For the most part we had great games or terrible games, with the vast majority being great. Not too many close ones, but it was really fun having a full S7 room all night.
