Unlock Tokens

You all may have realized this, as I'm a bit slow, but when you hit level 55 you do not have enough tokens to unlock everything. Don't waste tokens on things you "just want to try out" over things you will probably use in the future. Hopefully I have enough for all the Wild Cards, Perks, AR's, and Subs. I'll leave the pistols and snipers on the table and never get to use anything but the defaults, as there is no way I'm doing all the prestige's even if I don't stop at 1.

Good to know. I don't think I've spent more than a few on random stuff yet.

i havent used many of mine either. i dont know which things to unlock. does anyone have any suggestions on what is best for the type 25

I've tried to hold onto the ones I get. I have used a few on things I probably shouldn't have. How many do you need once you reach 55 to unlock the majority of your gear? I'm only level 42-43 right now.

I'm glad I know the 2 guns/classes I'll primarily use.
SCAR w/silencer and stealth perks.
HAMR with addons to increase accuracy and survival/killing perks.

After that I can pretty much save tokens.

I am sure I have a ton of tokens left over too. It doesn't take much to unlock the knife

Ya I noticed that , wtf! When you prestige do your tokens get reset ? And if you do not unlock all the killstreaks can u still get them in the care package?

Sounds like you ought to prestige again.

I recommend the Quick Draw Handle and Target Finder Sight. If you run a third attachment the Full Metal Jackets are terrific too.

I got a Swarm in my care package day 1. So there is no relation between care packages and unlocked kill streaks.

correct, and yes the tokens reset and you unlock them again. You keep all weapon attachment unlocks, get a permanent unlock token, and an extra create a class slot. If you don't need the create a class then you can save that choice to use as a token reset. Weapons can each be prestiged twice to add a clan tag and emblem- doing this resets the attachments and you will nerd to level the weapon again.

Once the weapon level reaches 16 to can prestige it.Also yes all the prestiged are level 55.

Cool thanks guys ! I guess I'll prestige because I unlocked all the kill streaks which I'll never get any of the ones over 9 kills and I used a bunch on weapon attachments

you prestige the guns 2 times first time you can add your clan tag to your gun 2nd your emblem



best guns to unlock are the evo and the an 94

Unlocked the an 94 and ghost perk.

I took the Evo and Ghost. With a third attachment Long Barrel it is pretty sweet. I will get the 94 or prime gunfighter next.

I guess I'm going to do another prestige so I can spend my tokens more wisely, which is not too bad as I could use another create a class slot anyhow. I was going to wait until the next double XP event, but can't keep raking up points only the basically waste them when I could be progressing. Who knows, I might just do all 5 and get my max slots.

whats the point of saving the create a class to use as a token reset, if they reset when you prestige. If you use the token reset is everything reset and you start out with a bank of 55 tokens?

You have 3 options in the Prestige Awards tab - 1} extra create a class - 2} reset all career stats - 3} reset all unlock tokens (yes, all 55 unlock tokens). The only way I see needing to use the token reset is if you really want to spend them on crap to try out and then reset them again and try other crap. Yeah, they just reset when you prestiged so its not like you want to use that right away. #2 is for those who started out weaker but have acclimated and want to reset their kdr & wlr. I couldn't care less about that one. I have spent both of mine on #1 but really don't use more than one class most of the time anyway. Good to have a couple others for flag running, or anti air, black hat, etc, but I use my main class for just about any mode right now. I would take time to make these and maybe a hardcore class but I'm leveling so fast that I didn't even use many of the classes I made last time.

Know the feeling my last prestige I only used one gun the whole prestige.

The token reset is to be used only once you are well into your prestige, like level 40 or so. If you were to use it right away (like you might with the create a class) it would do nothing and would be wasted.

I was wondering on the reset- does it reset everything or just your stats? Would you loose all your perm unlocks, create a class slots, and weapon progressions too?

Here is a tip for you guys that haven't prestiged yet , if you select a new create a class, don't hit the create a class button as soon as you hit the level that lets you start creating a class, the first default class has the scorpion and that is the class that will be replaced with your new create a class

Good to know. I probably would go the route of saving a late level weapon or perk vs a create a class because I pretty much use an SMG class, an AR class, a shotty class and the other two are a S&D/silent class and one that I try out combinations before putting them into my final SMG/AR/Shotty slots, so that I don't screw up a class that works with something I'm testing out.
