Problem w/ Astro Mix Amp Empty Problem w/ Astro Mix Amp

I know a few guys use Astro Headsets. I'm having trouble w/ mine. Since I got my new Xbox there are times when I turn on the wireless TX unit and the power button flashes read for a while. After a few moments it seems to connect to the Mix Amp w/ no issue. However, now it's flashing red w/o connecting. I have no sound. I've tried unplugging everything and reconnecting w/ no luck.

I've opened a case w/ Astro but this puts me in a bind. Has anyone experienced this?
