battle.net FTW

so last night my d3 account got hacked. and all my gear and gold was gone. could not tell you how pissed i was and really could not sleep after seeing my main gone. submitted a ticket about it with blizzard ..



woke up today ticket was done account has been restored to an earlier time all items and gold are back!
the first FTW moment i have ever had with blizzard and tickets.


all i have to say is make sure things look right on your accounts idk how they hacked my password but they did

My b.net account got broke into once right before SC2 came out. I saw that I had 7 free days for WoW, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Got bored after an hour and ignored the rest of my free time. Turns out someone took advantage of that and started spamming people with my account and Blizzard wasn't too happy about that. That was when you could tie one authenticator to however many accounts you wanted (very stupid idea). I didn't have an authenticator on my account, so the bastard put their authenticator on so I couldn't even log in at all. It took a couple emails to convince Blizzard that it was my account and that it wasn't me who was spamming and that I needed the authenticator removed. They managed to get everything fixed for me the day before SC2 came out. So I was glad for that.

i dont have my phone on right now but i will be ordering one friday

and the shittier part is i have 50ish bucks on my battle.net balance tried to go and buy him an authenticator, can't even use it in their store wth is the purpose of having it then ?
