Easy way to convert movies on PC?

I am currenlty trying to convert a quick time movie into a WMV format for streaming to my 360 but i am having issues. Does anyone out there know of any easy ways to do this?

Heh, just got done trying to use it but it just seemed to get locked up on the conversion. I gave it a good 30 mins before I just closed it.

Think I many have found a decent solution. Found a program caled Videora Xbox 360 Converter that is very easy to use.

download vuze and then open the folder where your movie is and drag and drop to the xbox 360 icon, vuze uses transcoding instead of converting and its faster as well and very easy to setup

UPDATE: Worked like a charm

2nd Update: While it does work, the stream is not very good

I have a differnet program I use, and it works on my POS machine. I'll see what it is when I get home and post it up for you. It also lets you transcode to Zune format and well as make MKV (HD Video) readable on 360.
