Doing the "dive roll" Empty Doing the "dive roll"

Post by OneBadHuskerFan Tue May 29, 2012 3:04 pm

Was browsing the Ubisoft forums and saw a post that said...

"Seriously this may be he most effective move in the game and virtually no one uses it. Do people not know how? On Xbox you just hold b while moving in a sideways direction and you do this sick barrel roll thing, it's perfect for divig around corners or taking of an enemy while getting shot at, I've had multiple instances where I diverolled and no one knew wtf to do and I got a triple kill. It's super effective I just think no one knows how, but now you do so go try it"

I had never even thought about doing that. Will have to give it a try.

I hope NO ONE starts doing this it'll just become another COD B.S. "go prone to get kills" thing or as it has long been known as doing the AirCav.

Now, to answer the question I know how to do it because while playing COOP at first and trying to go into cover I discovered it.

It's great, I use it a lot of the time in 1v1 gun fights that are either super close range or slightly out of my guns range. If the other person is good and has a pretty quick reaction time you just die. I find it's a decent panic 'oh I'm going to die right now' move that might keep you alive.

It is a pretty sick move. I have used it a few times with mixed success so far. I think that I usually try too late. i.e. I am already dead but my lag hasn't caught up.

I'll have you know that the "AirCav" move is being taught at Ft Benning this very instant due to its unqualified success. Twisted Evil
