Ghost Recon Network App? Empty Ghost Recon Network App?

Anyone heard anything on the GRN app for the iPhone?
I'm having no luck finding it, and haven't seen anything about it's release other than 'close to launch'.

Originally I heard they were going to release it when the game came out but the ghost recon network site still says coming soon. So I guess that is still up in the air.
